Delivery Charges

In the main all our prices already include a charge for delivery however some areas are charged an additional fee due to the extra cost of shipping to their location.  You will see this charge during checkout.

Northern Ireland: Please note we are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland.

Next Working Day Delivery

We dispatch all our orders on the same day with next day delivery when they are placed before 12 midday, however we try to also include those placed after 12 midday where possible.

Please note our next day delivery service does not include Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays;

It is worth noting when ordering from remote locations DHL will sometimes take 2 days to make the delivery even though we paid for a next day service however for most customers it will be next day. 

We normally use DHL for our next day deliveries however for smaller packages such as 100g wildflowers we use Royal Mail.

Returns

You can return your purchase in an unopened and unused condition for up to 28 days from your purchase date.  Please note you will need to pay the return shipping yourself.
